1. Overview
Collect2Play operates a family of applications that send transactional text (SMS/MMS) messages to users who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them. This policy explains what messages we send, how you opt in and opt out, message frequency, and applicable charges. The applications that send under the Collect2Play messaging identity include Collect2Play, BracketDepot, QuickerBiz, VenueTool, CartPath, LeadInterlink, ChooseYourTopic, ResyBlack, and other Collect2Play-family applications.
2. Consent & opt-in
We send SMS messages only to users who have expressly opted in. You provide consent through one of the following flows within the relevant application:
- Entering your mobile phone number during account registration or in your account settings and confirming that you agree to receive text messages at that number.
- Checking an unchecked opt-in box, or tapping a clearly labeled confirmation control, that states you consent to receive text messages from the application.
- Requesting a specific action that is delivered by text — for example, requesting a one-time verification code or a password-reset code.
The consent disclosure presented at opt-in identifies the message program, links to this policy and to our Privacy Policy, and states the message-frequency, rate, HELP, and STOP information summarized below. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using our services — you can use your account without agreeing to receive text messages, though some features delivered by SMS (such as SMS-based verification) may then be unavailable.
3. Types of messages we send
Messages sent under this program are transactional and account-related, including:
- One-time passcodes and identity/verification codes.
- Password-reset and account-recovery messages.
- Account, security, and login-activity alerts.
- Order, booking, reservation, payment, and shipping/delivery notifications.
- Service and status updates directly related to your use of the application.
These are triggered by your activity or requests. We do not use this program to send unsolicited marketing or promotional content.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity within the application — for example, how often you sign in, reset a password, or place and receive orders or bookings. Some messages (such as verification codes) are sent only when you request or trigger the corresponding action.
5. Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges for text messages are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Check your mobile plan for details. Collect2Play does not charge you for the messages themselves.
6. How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message to acknowledge that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. You may also opt out by removing or unverifying your phone number in your account settings, or by contacting us at support@collect2play.com. If you opt out, essential security or verification actions that rely on SMS may no longer be available, and you may need to use an alternative method (such as email) where offered.
To rejoin after opting out, opt in again through the application (for example, re-verify your phone number).
7. How to get help (HELP)
For help at any time, reply HELP to any message, or email us at support@collect2play.com. Replying HELP returns support contact information for the message program.
8. Supported carriers
Messages are supported across major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and conditions outside of our control.
9. Your privacy & your data
The mobile number and consent information you provide for text messaging are used solely to deliver the messages described in this policy and to operate your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your opt-in information or mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal information collected in connection with messaging may be shared only with the service providers who help us deliver messages (such as our SMS delivery provider) and only as necessary to send the messages. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting your consent will be communicated through the application or, where required, by requesting renewed consent.
